Inzwischen nimmt die Vermieterin eine der beiden Garagen einfach für sich in
Anspruch.
Im letzten Jahr als der Garagenvorhof voller Eis war, kam es zu einem
Gespräch, bei dem sie mir mitteilte, dass alle Garagenmieter mit einem
Vertrag selbst die Verpflichtung zum Winterdienst haben, ich ohne Vertrag jedoch nicht. In diesem Jahr wurde kein Schnee ihrerseits beseitigt. Bei
meinem diesbezüglichen Anruf auf unser Gespräch im letzten Jahr, hat
sie alles abgelehnt und mir einen Vertrag angeboten.
Inzwischen habe ich eine Kündigung bekommen, mit dem Angebot, einen
Garagenmietvertrag abzuschließen.
